I could also see where things came from, including the fruit. Look at the cups and the way he holds them. Start from the end, and rewind by bits to see how he places the fruits with his left hand into each cup. Notice the way he puts them down, creating momento so the fruit does not fall first.

All that aside, the show and the storytelling were very amusing.

(the real mystery is what the third fruit/vegetable is)

I should have read the comments before I spent so long finding the timecodes of each fruit placement. hp_qp is spot on; if you get lucky with your pausing at 4:37 you can see the potato clearly in his hand.

hp_qp... yeah, that's it alright, but I certainly didn't see it on first time through, and only with your help. The man is utterly brilliant, not only does he do that hugely long routine with so many placements and reveals, but he has that complicated script to deliver too.

He is just simply not one of us, he's slight of hand (in particular his ability with cards) is unsurpassed.
